  All of our products are guaranteed.  If you are not satisfied with any item that you have purchased, return it within 30 days, unused in the original packaging to receive a full refund of the product.   You must first call 1-800-581-9080, or email sales@homestylelofts.com for a Return Authorization Number.  No merchandise will be accepted without that number.  A shipping address for your return will be provided with the Authorization Number and is listed below

NOTES:

For merchandise that has been used and is alleged to be defective, a refund will be issued after inspection and approval by Homestyle Lofts.

For returns for any  other reasons (wrong size/model, changed your mind, wasn't what you expected, etc.), it is important that the returned merchandise show no signs of wear or use.
